PROTECTING MENTAL HEALTH OF STUDENTS AMIDST PANDEMIC
Since the pandemic has emerge many students had been stressed, depressed, and anxiety. It is not easy for everyone of us. It tested so much ourselves and affects our mental health, but we don't have a choice but to keep on fighting. We felt loneliness because of pandemic that nobody is there just like before your friend is there to make you happy or forget for a while your problems.
As a students who also experience to suffer that affects my mental health in this pandemic. I want you to be strong, to remember that you must be the ally of yourself. Learn to enjoy on your own. Because it is part of our life that someday no one is there for us but only ourselves. Learning alone is hard but trying is not bad learning on your own is like teaching your own feet to walk alone. Let's be brave in facing our different battles in our life. We can do it!
